First-Time Purchase Return Policy

For your first purchase with us, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return the product in any condition within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.

Standard Return Policy

For all subsequent purchases, the following policy applies:
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- Original packaging must be intact

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kovonaturals@gmail.com
  2. You will receive return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Please include your RAN with your return package
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without proper authorization
  • Products returned outside the specified timeframe

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
