Unbleached flour milled from hard red wheat. Cane sugar. No bleach, no bromate. A 15-hour poolish ferment does the flavor work, which is why it tastes like bread and not like sweetened air. 26 oz, baked to order in Flower Mound.
Soft enough for a peanut butter sandwich on Monday. Still soft on Friday.
